    Aconselho este livro a quem quiser saber um pouco mais sobre a verdade por trás das indústrias da carne e laticínios e quiser descobrir qual a real "deita" que deveria ser adotada por todos, tanto pelo bem da sua própria saúde como pela saúde dos que nos rodeiam e também pelo bem estar do planeta.
